An energy provider required the scoping, design, and development of several proof of concept automation solutions to streamline manual processes.

Approach

Kuaba first assessed candidate processes through the lenses of feasibility, complexity and benefits to create a prioritised automation pipeline.

Detailed user design followed to discern exact requirements, enabling the design of the most valuable output format, and ensure it was robust to any changes.

Kuaba then architected and developed multiple proof of concept attended automation solutions using robotic process automation technology.

These solutions automated: the billing of new and existing training clients across email, PDF and the CRM; the extraction and joining of webform information into multiple databases; the extraction of invoice and form information using cognitive technologies; and monitoring and billing for training attendance.
