Focus

Ensure enduring automation capability and consistency across the Agency through the design and delivery of a comprehensive learning and development program.

Approach

In conjunction with work developing automation solutions for the Agency, Kuaba provided related training, learning and development opportunities for Agency employees, with a focus on skills development, automation capability and internal marketing to promote future automations.

Kuaba designed and implemented custom training programs and materials to uplift the Agency’s internal capability.

This included the delivery of interactive workshops and training sessions, drop in sessions and demonstrations for staff to learn about the technology, detailed instructions and walkthroughs to enable a business as usual transition, regular communications with a focus on growing digital literacy and identifying opportunities, and stakeholder engagement to identify and empower change chamions to lead and influence uptake.
