Discovery, evaluation and collection strategy for relevant data sources to inform strategic policy and supplement results of a survey.

Approach

Kuaba was engaged by the Agency to consult a vast range of stakeholders, including government departments, NGOs, and private organisations to identify and evaluate relevant administrative or other datasets.

Kuaba led the creation of consultation guides, facilitation of consultations with data custodians, and the analysis, evaluation, and prioritisation of datasets for potential access to inform next steps for the Agency in line with the privacy, security and legal provisions of data owners.
