Focus

Assess the feasibility of a fully integrated data solution to acquire, fund and provide access to identified datasets for Australia’s startup ecosystem to answer several policy metrics.

Approach

Kuaba analysed the business problem and technical requirements in detail before assessing the feasibility of the project and developing a proposed data solution from delivery to maturity.

Kuaba engaged with over 50 stakeholders from government, state and territory, and private industry sectors to refine requirements and design. Additionally, extensive research and modeling were conducted on data, cost, and legislative considerations.

This involved an extensive data strategy project to define platform and data requirements, identify and analyse the value of potential data sources and how they could be used to answer policy metrics, while considering potential privacy and security limitations.
