Scoping, design, and development of several automation solutions to streamline new and existing data retrieval processes.

Approach

Kuaba first conducted a detailed user design phase to identify precise requirements. Throughout this process, Kuaba engaged closely with stakeholders to ensure that the design met their needs and was delivered in the most effective format, allowing adaptability to future changes.

Kuaba then architected, developed, tested and deployed multiple unattended automations using robotic process automation technology on a virtual machine.

The data was collected through various means on a specified frequency, including copying information directly off websites, downloading and extracting information from online files, and through APIs. It was then transformed, stored and analysed in line with requirements.

Outcome

  • Deployment of 6 new automations extracting thousands of datapoints
  • Reduced manual work, improved efficiency and reduced errors
  • Multiple FTE saved each day based on time for current processes
  • Multiple FTE created each day based on expected time for new processes
