Focus

Design and development of an interactive showcase for to attract exceptionally talented people and businesses to Australia.

Approach

Kuaba's project team led the design and development of a comprehensive, interactive online tool to showcase visa recipients, as well as innovation hubs and precincts across Australia.

The team iterated several concepts, wireframes and prototypes before finalising the design of the interface and user experience.

The webpage was then developed, tested and deployed utilising Javascript frameworks and drawing on several data and content sources.

The site integrates with Drupal based GovCMS, providing an easy website experience for content authors, provides autoplay functionality for displaying in public spaces, provides search functionality and links to an Australian Innovation Map.

The project team provided extensive technical handover training and documentation to ensure the internal team could maintain the webpage effectively.
